§ 91.07 DISCONTINUANCE OF SERVICE.
   Every operator shall give at least 45 days notice to the Council prior to discontinuing operations or prior to the expiration of this certificate if he does not intend to apply for renewal of the certificate. The notice shall be given by certified mail to the City Clerk.
