§ 73.15 APPLICATION OF BICYCLE REGULATIONS.

The provisions of this subchapter shall apply whenever a bicycle is operated upon any street or upon any public way; or upon any path set aside for the exclusive use of bicycles, subject to those exceptions stated in this subchapter.
