§ 53.31 BATHING, FISHING AND BOATING REGULATED.
   No person shall bathe in and no person shall, unless he shall have a permit in writing from the city, fish in or send, drive or put any animal into Lake Claremore or Reservoir, or bathe or fish in or send or drive or put any animal into any watercourse as hereinbefore defined; and no person other than the Mayor and the members of the City Council, its officers, agents, employees, or public officers whose duties may so require, shall, unless so permitted by a written permit of the city, enter or go in any boat, motorboat, skiff, raft, or other contrivance on or upon the water of Lake Claremore or Reservoir, or on or upon the water of any watercourse as hereinbefore defined.
