No stable, pig sty, hen house, barnyard, hog yard, hitching or standing place for horses, cattle or other place where animal manure is deposited or accumulated, shall be located, constructed, or maintained in Claremore Water District any part of which is within 660 feet of the high-water line of Claremore Reservoir or the high-water line of any watercourse, as hereinbefore defined.
