No house slops, sink waste, water which has been used for washing or cooking, or other polluted water shall be discharged into the reservoir, or into any watercourse within the Claremore Water District. No slops, sink water, water which has been used for washing or cooking, or other polluted water shall be discharged into or upon the ground in the Claremore Water District within 660 feet of the high-water line of the reservoir, or of any watercourse as herein-before described.
