§ 53.21 DEFINITIONS.
   For the purpose of this subchapter, the following definitions shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
   HIGH-WATER LINE. The margin of Claremore Reservoir when the surface thereof is at an elevation of 603.3 feet above sea level, according to the U.S. government plat thereof.
   LINEAR DISTANCE. A structure or object from the reservoir or from a watercourse is intended to mean the shortest horizontal distance from the nearest point of the structure or object to the high-water line of the reservoir or watercourse.
   RESERVOIR. Lake Claremore or Reservoir or to any tributary which serves as a source of the Lake Claremore Reservoir.
   WATERCOURSE. Every spring, pond, stream, ditch, gutter, or channel of every kind, the waters of which when running, whether continuously or occasionally, eventually flow or may flow into Lake Claremore.
