(A) There is hereby designated and established a water district in Rogers County, State of Oklahoma, to be known as “Claremore Water District,” embracing all lands draining, flowing, or shedding water directly or indirectly into Claremore Lake or Reservoir, which Claremore Lake or Reservoir is being created, constructed and built by the city by building a dam across Dog Creek at a point in Rogers County approximately 1,000 feet north of the south line of Section 3, Township 21 North, Range 16 East, of the I.B. & M., in Rogers County.
(B) The reservoir, when completed, will be used by the city and the inhabitants thereof as a source of domestic water supply, said Claremore Water District being described by metes and bounds as follows, to wit:
Beginning at the southeast corner of Section 3, Township 31 North, Range 16 East; thence in a westerly direction along the south line of Section 3 approximately 900 feet to a point; thence in a northerly direction approximately one-fourth mile to a point in Section 3; thence in a westerly direction, approximately 410 feet to the north-west corner of the SE¼ SE¼ of Section 3; thence in a northerly direction, approximately one-quarter mile, to the northwest corner of the NE½ SE½ of Section 3; thence in a westerly direction approximately one-half mile to the southwest corner of the SE¼ NW¼ of Section 3; thence in a northerly direction approximately one-half mile to the northwest corner of the NE¼ NW¼ of Section 3, Township 21 North, Range 16 East; then in a northerly direction approximately two miles through Sections 34 and 27, Township 22 North, Range 16 East, to the northwest corner of the NE¼ NW¼ of Section 27; thence in an easterly direction approximately one-fourth mile to the southwest corner of the SE¼ of Section 22, Township 22 North, Range 16 East; thence in a northerly direction approximately one-half mile to the center of Section 22; thence in an easterly direction approximately one and one-fourth miles to the southwest corner of the SE¼ NE¼ of Section 23, Township 22 North, Range 16 East; thence in a northeasterly direction approximately parallel with the St. Louis-San Francisco Railroad right-of-way, approximately 13,264 feet to the southwest corner of the E½ NE¼ NE¼ of Section 12, Township 22 North, Range 16 East; thence in a northerly direction approximately 6,600 feet, to the northwest corner of the E½ NE¼ NE¼ of Section 1, Township 22 North, Range 16 East; thence in an easterly direction approximately 660 feet to the northeast corner of Section 1, Township 22 North, Range 16 East;
