A certain document, at least one copy of which is on file in this office of the City Clerk, being marked and designated as “The Sanitary Sewer and Water Line Construction and Installation Policy,” is hereby adopted by the city to govern and regulate the design, construction and installation of sanitary sewer lines and water lines. Each and all of the regulations, provisions, conditions and terms of the “Sanitary Sewer and Water Line Construction and Installation Policy” are hereby referred to, adopted and made a part hereof, as if fully set out in this code.
