§ 91.31 COMPLAINT AND INVESTIGATION PROCESS.

The EMS Board shall develop a complaint and investigation process to allow citizens to bring forward issues with the certificate holder(s) for subsequent review of the EMS Board, with findings presented to the City Council with the regular report of the EMS Board.
