§ 53.41 DEFINITIONS.

   For the purposes of this subchapter, the following definitions shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.

   OUTSIDE WATERING. Any use of city water outside a structure or building and includes the washing or sprinkling of streets, driveways, parking lots or service station aprons.

   WATER, WATERING OR WATER USAGE. Shall mean and refer to water furnished by the City of Claremore.
