§ 92.47 MISCELLANEOUS CHARGES.
   Whenever the city provides a service in connection with the regulation and control of animals within the city, a fair and reasonable fee therefor shall be charged to whoever requested such service. The City Clerk shall determine the amount of such fees based on prevailing costs to the city of providing such service and/or equipment. Provided, nothing herein shall require or mandate provision of any such service to the public. Services or equipment for which fees shall be charged shall include, but not be limited to, burial, euthanasia and loan of traps.
