§ 92.44 HABITAT FOR REPTILES.
   (A)   Recognizing that reptiles differ from other animals in handling techniques, the sections listed below must be followed to allow anyone to possess and\or house reptiles in the city.
   (B)   All reptiles held as pets or specimens in the city must be contained within secure habitats capable of preventing escape.
