§ 92.34 DESTRUCTION OF ANIMALS.
   When any animal within the corporate limits of the city shall be so wounded, maimed, sick, diseased or injured as to render its recovery hopeless in the opinion of Animal Control or licensed veterinarian, then it shall become the duty of Animal Control to kill or euthanize or cause to be killed or euthanized such animal as soon as practicable, in such manner as in his judgment shall be the least painful.
