§ 92.24 MISTREATMENT OF ANIMALS.
   Any person who unjustifiably or intentionally does any of the following acts is guilty of a misdemeanor:
   (A)   Overdrives, overloads, maims or mutilates any animal;
   (B)   Deprives any animal of necessary sustenance, food or drink;
   (C)   Causes, procures or unjustifiably or intentionally permits any animal to be overdriven, overloaded, tortured, cruelly beaten or unjustifiably injured, maimed, mutilated or killed;
   (D)   Causes any animal to be deprived of necessary food or drink; or
   (E)   Wilfully sets on foot, instigates, engages in or in any way furthers any act of cruelty.
