§ 92.19 PROHIBITION AGAINST ANIMALS RUNNING AT LARGE.

No owner, keeper or other person shall permit any animal: cat, dog, horse, cow, goat or sheep including fowl and birds owned, harbored or kept by him or her, to be at large. It is unlawful for any such animal, including fowl and birds, to be at large at any time within the city.
