§ 92.05 VETERINARIAN RECORDS.
   It is the duty of each veterinarian practicing in the city to keep a record of each and every dog and cat vaccinated, such record to be available to the City Clerk, Animal Control Officer or designated agent, at any reasonable time and upon proper demand.
