§ 51.04 BURNING OR INCINERATION OF SOLID WASTE PROHIBITED.

The disposal by burning or incineration of solid waste by any individual, householder, or establishment in any place, private or public, within the city limits, is prohibited and shall be an offense punishable as provided in § 10.99.
