Unless otherwise required, all materials and workmanship shall have a one-year warranty from the date of final acceptance by the city. A warranty inspection will be made jointly by the city and contractor/developer approximately 11 months after acceptance to identify needed repairs. All labor, equipment and materials needed to make these repairs shall be the responsibility of the contractor.
