Sec. 4-1-9   Resurfacing improvements.
   Whenever it is necessary to resurface any street which has been surfaced under this policy as herein established, the city will do such resurfacing when funds are appropriated, and the city will pay the entire cost forsuch work. (Ord. of 11/1/76, Sec. 10)
