Sec. 3-2-21   Adoption of fire prevention code.
   The most current N.C. State Building Code: Fire Code Edition of the IFC with N.C. Amendments is hereby adopted by reference as fully as though set forth herein as the fire prevention code for the city. An official copy of the most current code shall be kept on file in the Office of the Fire Chief.
