(a) The Committee Chair shall preside at all meetings and sign all documents relative to action taken by the committee. The Chair shall appoint all sub-committees including a nominating committee composed of two committee members. A nominating committee shall be appointed at least 30 days prior to the July meeting.
(b) When the Chair is absent, the Vice-Chair shall perform the duties of the Chair. When both the Chair and Vice-Chair are absent, a temporary chairman shall be selected by those members who are present.
