Publisher's Note: This Section has been AMENDED by new legislation (Ord. 32-24, adopted --). The text of the amendment will be incorporated below when the ordinance is codified. The regular meetings of the council shall be held on the first Monday of each month at the city hall, unless otherwise designated by the council.
