Sec. 2-1-8   Council governance policies.
   (a)   Purpose. It is the purpose of this section to adopt policies I through IX incorporated in Ordinance No. 14-09 and hereby adopted by reference.
   (b)   Policy titles. The council's governance policies are set forth as follows:
   (1)   Policy I: Board Process Policy: Job Description Policy;
   (2)   Policy II: Board Process Policy: Code of Conduct Policy;
   (3)   Policy III: Council/Executive Relationship Policy: Delegation to the City Manager Policy;
   (4)   Policy IV: Executive Accountability Policy: City Manager Accountability Policy;
   (5)   Policy V: Executive Accountability Policy: Staff Treatment Policy;
   (6)   Policy VI: Council/Executive Relationship Policy: Monitoring City Performance Policy;
   (7)   Policy VIII: Employee Recognition Policy: City Manager Accountability Policy; and
   (8)   Policy IX: City Council Personnel Committee Policy: Council/City Manager Relationship Policy.
   (c)   Policy monitoring. Policies shall be monitored by the method and with the frequency as specified on each policy document.
