Sec. 10-2-17   Use at night regulated.
   (a)   Normal hours of operation of the city park facilities shall be designated from time to time by the city council or their designee, and shall be conspicuously posted as appropriate.
   (b)   Public use of any portion of the park during non- designated hours shall be unlawful without prior written approval of the City Manager. (Ord. of 6/2/86, No. 87-86; Ord. of 9/7/10, No. —)
