Sec. 10-2-16   Indecent behavior.
   No person shall make indecent or vulgar motions, or do any indecent or vulgar acts, or exhibit any indecent, vulgar, or lewd articles or pictures, in view of any person within the city park. (Ord. of 6/2/86, No. 87-86)
