Sec. 10-2-15   Plant material.
   It shall be unlawful for any person to dig, cut, bruise, mutilate, or cause to be transplanted, cut, bruised, de-barked, or mutilated any plant material of all and any description within the confines of park property. (Ord. of 6/2/86, No. 87-86)
