Sec. 10-2-13 Fires.

It shall be unlawful for any person to make or kindle a fire in the park except in a regularly constructed fireplace or grill. It shall be unlawful for any person to leave any fire unattended, or to fail to completely extinguish a fire before leaving the fire. (Ord. of 6/2/86, No. 87-86)
