(a) No person shall have in his possession or consume any alcoholic or other intoxicating beverage while in or on the property administered by or under the jurisdiction of the city manager.
(b) No person shall sell, use, or have in his possession any drug or narcotic the sale, use, or possession of which is prohibited by state law. (Ord. of 6/2/86, No. 87-86)
