Sec. 10-2-4   Disturbing the peace by means of firearms, fireworks, or loudspeakers.
   (a)   Firearms. No person shall at any time bring into the park, or have in his possession, or discharge, or set off anywhere in the park, a revolver, pistol, shotgun, rifle, air gun, water gun, or any gun, firearm, bow, or other weapon that discharges projectiles by air, explosive substance, or other force. This section shall not apply to any duly-authorized law enforcement officer of the city, county, or state, while carrying out duties and responsibilities of his position.
   (b)   Fireworks. No person shall fire, discharge, or have in his possession any rocket, firecracker, or other fireworks substance of an explosive nature within the park unless authorized by the city manger.
   (c)   Loudspeakers. It shall be unlawful to use a loudspeaker, public address system, or amplifier within the park, without written permit from the city manager. (Ord. of 6/2/86, No. 87- 86)
