Sec. 10-2-3   Defacing or removing public property.
   No person shall intentionally mark, deface, disfigure, tamper with, displace, or remove any building, table, bench, fireplace, paving, water line, plumbing fixtures or other public utilities, fixtures, other personal property, or parts of appurtenances thereof, in the park. (Ord. of 6/2/86, No. 87-86)
