(a) It shall be unlawful for any person to operate or propel any motor vehicles or other vehicles in, over, or through the park, except along and upon roadways and parking lots established for public use. It shall be unlawful for any person to park or permit to be parked any vehicles anywhere except upon designated parking areas authorized by the city manager or his designee.
(b) "Motor vehicle" is hereby defined to include, but is not limited to, automobiles, trucks, minibikes, go-carts, motorcycles, or any other self-propelled motorized vehicle. "Other vehicle" is defined to include, but is not limited to, bicycles. (Ord. of 6/2/86, No. 87-86)
