(a) The city council hereby establishes the following city park to be utilized for the purpose of public recreation: Claremont Community Park.
(b) This park is for use by the public through approved programs as authorized by the city council and the city manager, and in accordance with city ordinances and such policies, rules, and regulations as may be adopted pursuant to this chapter. (Ord. of 6/2/86, No. 87-86)
