Sec. 9-6-21   Lands to which this chapter applies.
   This chapter shall apply to all special flood hazard areas within the jurisdiction, including extra-territorial jurisdictions (ETJs) if applicable, of the City of Claremont and within the jurisdiction of any other community whose governing body agrees, by resolution, to such applicability.
