ORDINANCE DISPOSITION TABLE
Sec. 9-5-22   Severability.
   If any provisions of this chapter is for any reason held to be invalid or unconstitutional by any court of competent jurisdiction, such ordinance shall be denied a separate, independent provision and such holding shall not affect the validity of any other provision hereof, and to that end, the provisions of this chapter are hereby declared to be severable. (Ord. of 10/5/87)
