The board of adjustment is hereby authorized to act in the capacity of the housing appeals board. The board shall have the power to fix the times and places of its meetings, to adopt necessary rules of procedure and to adopt other rules and regulations for the proper discharge of its duties.
The board shall perform the duties prescribed by section 9-5-14 (4) and shall keep an accurate record of all its proceedings. (Ord. of 10/5/87)
