Sec. 9-3-266   Fees for variances, special use permits and appeals.
   A fee, set by the City Council, shall be paid to the City Clerk of the City of Claremont, North Carolina for each application for a variance, special use permit, or appeal to cover the necessary administrative costs and advertising.
