1. The city may at any time conduct a review and examination of this entire article.
2. If after such a periodic review and examination of this article, the city determines that one (1) or more provisions of this article should be amended, repealed, revised, clarified, or deleted, and then the city may take whatever measures are necessary in accordance with applicable ordinance in order to accomplish the same. It is noted that where warranted, and in the best interests of the city, the city may repeal this entire article at any time.
3. Notwithstanding the provisions of subsections 1. and 2. of this section, the city may at any time and in any manner (to the extent permitted by federal, state, or local law), amend, add, repeal, and/or delete one (1) or more provisions of this article. (Ord. of 3/1/10)
