In any residential district the side yard requirements for corner lots along the side street line shall have an extra width of five (5) feet. Accessory buildings shall have an extra width of five (5) feet added to the side yard setback requirement. In addition, no wall, fence, or shrubbery shall be erected, placed, planted, or maintained on any lot, which unreasonably obstructs or interferes with traffic visibility on a curve or street intersection.
