Sec. 9-3-4   Jurisdiction.
   The provisions of this chapter shall be applicable not only within the corporate limits of the City of Claremont, North Carolina, but also within the territory beyond such corporate limits, as now or hereafter fixed, for a distance of up to one (1) mile in all directions as shown on the official zoning map.
