Sec. 8-8-3 Areas in which smoking and the use of tobacco products are prohibited.

   (a)   Smoking and the use of tobacco products are prohibited:

   (1)   In any building owned, leased, or occupied, as herein defined, by Claremont.

   (2)   In any vehicle owned, leased, or controlled by Claremont.

   (3)   On any grounds including parks that are owned, leased, or occupied by Claremont.

   (b)   Smoking and the use of tobacco products are prohibited in Claremont buildings and grounds being used for private events.
