Sec. 8-6-8   Penalty.
    In accordance with G.S. 14-4, violation of any provisions hereof shall be a misdemeanor, punishable upon conviction by a fine not exceeding $50 and/or by imprisonment not exceeding 30 days. Each day's continuing violation of the provisions of this chapter shall be a separate and distinct offense. (Ord. of 9/10/84, No. 61/84, Sec. 9)
