Sec. 8-6-3   Alcohol and controlled substances.
   The operators of the video arcade or amusement parlor shall not allow the unlawful possession, sale, distribution, or use of any alcoholic beverage or controlled substance on the premises of the establishment. (Ord. of 9/10/84, No. 61-84, Sec. 3)
