Sec. 8-6-1   Definitions.
   For the purpose of this chapter, the following definitions shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
   (1)   Electronic or mechanical amusement device. A device operated by the insertion of coinage or tokens for the purpose of playing games of skill relying on manual/visual dexterity; including, but not limited to, pinball machines, video games, and the like.
   (2)   Video arcade or amusement parlor. A commercial premise established whereby the primary reason for activity and the primary source of revenue is from the operation of one or more mechanical or electronic amusement devices. (Ord. of 9/10/84, No. 61-84, Sec. 1)
