Sec. 7-1-161 Trucks restricted on certain streets.

(a) It shall be unlawful for any person to drive or operate a loaded truck over or upon any of the streets described in appendix I, section 135, except when making a delivery.

(b) It shall be unlawful for any person to drive or operate a truck havinga gross weight of greater than three-fourths (3/4) of one (1) ton over or upon any of the streets described in appendix I, section 136.
