Sec. 7-1-82   Careless operation of motor vehicles.
   It shall be unlawful for any person to operate any motor vehicle carelessly and without caution, at a speed or in a manner lo endanger, or likely to endanger, lives or property, within the city. (Ord. of 3/3/52, No. 102).
