Pursuant to the authority granted by S.L. 2017-87, G.S. 160A-205.3 and G.S. 18B-1004(c), any establishment located in the corporate limits of the City of Claremont and holding an ABC permit issued pursuant to G.S. 18B-1001 is permitted to sell malt beverages, unfortified wine, fortified wine, and mixed beverages pursuant to its licensed premises' permit beginning at 10:00 a.m. on Sundays.
