Sec. 6-2-24   Same; receptacles.
   Suitable receptacles may be provided in parking or access areas within the meaning of section 6-2-23 of this article. The receptacles shall be plainly marked and constructed to prevent scattering of any trash, litter, rubbish or other materials deposited therein.
