(a) Rates and charges for making connections to the City of Claremont’s wastes and sewer system are specified in Article D of chapter 5 of the code of ordinances.
(b) In cases where the City of Claremont has secured outside financing through federal, state or county programs, and restrictions on the rates and charges for assessments and connections are made by written agreement or contract through the federal, state or county programs, the collection of such rates and charges may be adjusted to reflect such restrictions.
