All connections, additions, extensions, modifications or improvements to the water and sewer systems of the City of Claremont shall be made in conformance with the standards and specifications approved by the city council under the direction of the city engineer. Such requirements shall be published in a “Manual of City Specifications For Water And Sewer Systems” and shall be made available to all interested parties. (Ord. of 1/4/88, No. 112-88)
