Sec. 5-1-87   Sewer service charges.
   The charges for sewer service shall be as established by the council, and shall be billed and collected with charges for water service. A copy of current charges shall be kept on file at all times in the office of the clerk. (Ord. of 4/5/77, Div. IV, Art. 1)
